The new Samyang/Rokinon AF 45mm f/1.8 FE lens for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras is now officially announced. The US price is $399. Pre-orders are now open at B&H and Adorama.

The Samyang AF 45mm F1.8 FE has been designed to provide the most suitable angle of view to imitate the natural human field of vision (53 degrees), and its design sets a new standard in lens craftsmanship. With less distortion than 35mm lenses and a wider angle than 50mm, the AF 45mm F1.8 FE opens up a range of photographic styles and themes.
