Rumor: Zeiss Batis 135mm f/2.8 Lens Announcement on April 5, 2017

The rumor mill said Ziess will soon announce a new Batis Telephoto Portrait lens, probably the Zeiss Batis 135mm f/2.8 lens.

Today according to the rumor coming out of SAR, this new Zeiss Batis 135mm f/2.8 telephoto portrait lens will be announced on April 5, 2017. The detailed specs, release date and pricing info of this lens are still unknown. Hope this Batis 135mm f/2.8 lens has the same excellent preformance as the Batis 18mm, 25mm and 85mm.

But I believe, for lots of Sony fans, the most exciting thing is the Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM lens, which is expected to be announced in April along with the new Sony high end E-mount mirrorless camera.
