Nikon D850 Full Specifications, to be Announced on August 16

Here is the full list of Nikon D850 specifications (translated from the Chinese D850 presentation slides):

  • 3.2″, 2.36-million-dot tilting LCD touchscreen with improved gesture control
  • 4K UDH video recording in FX with no crop
  • AF system from Nikon D5 (153 point AF system, with 30% wider coverage than the Nikon D810)
  • 0.75x magnification optical viewfinder–largest ever on FX
  • New and improved version of SnapBridge
  • Dual SD + XQD card slots: the same as Nikon D500
  • 51-image buffer (14-bit raw)
  • 7fps without grip, 9fps with grip (MB-D18a battery grip)
  • 8K timelapse shooting
  • Native ISO: 64-25600 (expandable to 32-108400)
  • No low-pass filter
  • No built-in GPS
  • No built-in flash
  • Back illuminated buttons

So this detailed soecs are nearly the same as the previous rumored Nikon D850 specs: Nikon D850 will come with 45.75MP full frame CMOS sensor, 3.2″, 2.36-million-dot tilting LCD touchscreen with improved gesture control and it will have the ability to capture 4K UHD video in FX format with no crop, 7fps without grip, 9fps with grip (MB-D18a battery grip) but no EVF or hybrid viewfinder.

And, it is highly likely that the Nikon D850 DSLR camera will be announced on August 16, 2017. We’ll try to confirm the exact D850 announcement date in the next few days.
